Florence Navarro
Chief Empowerment Officer & Founder
Our founder, Florence Navarro, is a global citizen, helping organizations of all sizes—from small nonprofits to start-ups to multi-nationals—grow and achieve their goals. Florence boasts a storied career of more than two decades supporting entrepreneurs around the world to launch and grow their companies, including a stint at the International Finance Corporation, where she worked in Latin American and the Caribbean, Indonesia, Philippines, Egypt, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She also spent time with the United Nations Capital Development Fund, where she worked in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
Fluent in French, Italian and English, Florence has been recognized around the world for her talent in recruiting, bolstering and building teams. Her extensive global network and her genuine passion to match people and organizations make her uniquely suited to help small businesses achieve greatness.
A native of France, Florence relocated to the U.S. in 2000, receiving an M.S. in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Master’s in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Florence lives in a diverse neighborhood in Washington, D.C., with her husband and two daughters.

Charbel Hantouche
Recruitment Officer
Charbel is a Servant Leader, Senior Recruiter at Kichocheo, an International Contractual Talent Acquisition Partner, and a State Alumni for Economic Empowerment with the U.S. Department of State, who embraces his visual impairment with a deep sense of pride.
His purpose transcends hiring – he is in the business of hiring hope and talents for impact.
Charbel's tireless dedication to serving his mission drives him to build more inclusive, diverse, and equitable teams, shaping a brighter future for all.
With a robust background in high-volume international recruitment spanning diverse corporate landscapes, encompassing both for-profit and nonprofit sectors across multiple continents, he takes pride in his diverse portfolio of clientele, having successfully collaborated with esteemed partners across continents, including the United States, France, South Africa, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, and Lebanon.
Additionally, he has passionately engaged in the recruitment of individuals with disabilities.

Project Manager & Admin Support
Anna, a young professional who is Italian by birth but has spent many years abroad, discovered her passion for supporting teams and communities.She combines creative and analytical skills to evaluate and improve procedures and planning. Her career began in the design industry, and she has expertise as a Project Manager and Coordinator.
After adventurous travelling , she eventually settled in a digital nomad community where she began working and honing her facilitation and communication abilities for those around her. She genuinely believes that by working together, we can produce the finest outcomes.
She is exploring remote living and directing her efforts on creating wholesome and effective environments for teams and communities since she believes that open communication and human connections are essential.

Dan Onchieku
Marketing Analyst
Dan is a creative polymath from Nairobi, Kenya with several years of experience working in the digital space.
He is skilled in Open Source Intelligence, Research and Analytics, Product Management, SEO, and Social Media Analysis and Management.
He has previously worked for a local tech startup and on different projects with digital agencies and nonprofits based in Kenya.
Currently, he is a Freelancer serving different clients and organizations across the world remotely, putting his curiosity to learn new things into good use and helping organizations grow.
Dan joins the team through iworker , a virtual assistant organization linking top-class VAs with business owners.

Jeremie is a seasoned professional pursuing an MBA from American University (Dec. 2020.) A team leader with more than 10 years of international development experience spanning the non-profit and for profit sectors, he has led four country office teams in several African countries.
Danielle graduated December 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. She interned at Kichocheo (as a Customer Relations & Marketing Associate) last Summer, helping to facilitate the global virtual series: "Talent Conversations." Dani brings to the team her event planning, communications, research and analysis skills. She now supports our partnership with the Oxford Angels Fund as a Startup Recruiting Consultant.
Mary Lou Sarazin loves connecting the big themes and ideas of culture with everyday business, facilitating stimulating conversation about belonging, and helping clients find their own solution and then to boldly go where they have never gone before. Why not? What's next? and So, how are you going to celebrate? are 3 of her favorite questions to ask her clients while they are working with her.
As an Intercultural Relationship and certified DEIB Specialist, she has taught global communication and interpersonal skills on an international level. She brings to the team experiential training techniques that combine her academic background in sociology and cultural policy with the professional experience she gained during her tenure as a part of the corporate workforce in the United States and as an executive communication trainer in France and with her academic experience as a teacher of Intercultural Management at various French universities.
